Grand Cobbler can significantly improve its customer service. Other than a particular lady, the other front desk ladies can be pretty short with the customer. Almost like they are jaded and preparing for a fight with you.
After 5 years, still asking for my number and name is a no-no. Another one is not informing their customers of changes to their office hours during the holidays or on demand.

Interestingly, he revamped other shoes to perfection and changed my wristwatch leather with a touch of “brand new.” In short, he is a reliable and friendly plug for all leather works.
