They don't turn on their AC, and this was in the middle of the heat period in Nigeria, when we asked the answer was "we only turn on the generator when we feel like" this is the most ridiculous answer I've ever received from any anybody running a hotel business.

I reported the issue of the weak shower water pressure, yet nothing was done to resolve it. The problem remains exactly the same, showing a clear lack of responsibility and zero follow-up from the management.
Furthermore, the music bar operates until nearly 3:00 a.m., causing significant noise that makes it impossible to rest properly in the room. This is highly unprofessional and shows a complete disregard for guests’ comfort.
The service quality is far below acceptable hotel standards, and the overall experience has been extremely disappointing. Immediate improvement is urgently required.
VS V.★★★★★ — The room service in this hotel is extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable. After the bathroom was cleaned, the staff did not replace essential items such as bath towels, bath soap, or toilet paper. These are basic necessities that any hotel should provide without fail.
Even worse, after requesting these items, I had to keep following up with the receptionist for almost an hour before anything was finally sent to the room. This level of service is far below acceptable hotel standards and shows a serious lack of professionalism.
This hotel is absolutely not recommended. Immediate improvement is urgently required.

I told her to change the fan or call the owner so he can do something about it but this lady said she dont need to call the oga that anything she said is final,I thought she owns the place or maybe ogas side chick😂😂, because what guts..so I should sleep in a room without fan or a.c, she said nothing can be done..when I even left she didn't care when I carried my bag..i recommend House 7 motel which is very close to them, their reception is very good..
