Despite the nice ambience and great restaurant, nothing kills an establishment faster than poor service and the lackadaisical manner of their workers. Their staff need more training, in my humble opinion.

One of the best hotels in the whole of Onitsha. Food is excellent! I ate the best pasta (can't remember the name of the dish now) there. The amala was wonderful. One of the tastiest I've ever had. My mouth is watering from remembering all the food I ate there.

Great ambience and location of Hotel. Fantastic service and speed of meal readiness+freshness. Need to have small electric kettle in room to have access to hot water and Beverages.

I wish I can give 0 stars. The only good thing about this place is the location. We checked in first night in their “presidential suite”- it was filthy- someone had used the room and checked out and they did not bother to clean it- dirty bedsheet, dirty toilets, dirty floors, no…
