Asked to use the pool and have food and drinks. Food and drinks is possible we did have to wait 2 hours for our food to arrive. Pool not possible unless you staying there ? I asked to pay a feee not allowed. Two managers who I asked where gonna ask their boss and let me know.
Ones we leaving and complaining they say: we told you, you can use the pool. Oh come on!!!

The pepper soup was lovely with the too tender goat meat, but the sandwich was A1. I like the scenery of the hotel and how courteous the staff are. The environment is serene and it's easy to locate with a noticeable signage at the entrance of the street. A good experience all round!

Yet they refused to honor it and told me to check out at the last minute with zero communication . Basic hospitality or guest respect is something this hotel lacks !
The property itself had so much mosquitoes everywhere and the constant smell of weed filled its hallway. After reading other reviews, highlighting the service as terrible, with rude management , it is clear this is how they operate business .
As a frequent traveler , I have never had a hotel complain about having multiple luggage . It’s clear this hotel is only used to local guest and has no clue how to handle out of state travelers coming from afar.
Save yourself the headache and stay somewhere else but here .

There were cockroaches in the room, the air conditioner barely worked, the walls were peeling, and the bedsheets were not clean. The refrigerator was not working, so I was unable to drink cold water. There was no proper running water, and when water was available, it was dirty and caused a rash on my face. The toilet was not flushing properly, and mosquitoes were biting me throughout the night. Overall, the room was not worth the price I paid.

Photoshoots can also be done here but that is after paying. ( 20k for those who lodge and 30k for those who do not lodge ). The light is 24hrs as well. The bathrooms are clean too.
My only recommendation is -
Pls work on the scent of the place. The rooms, the bathrooms are supposed to have diffusers to keep room and bathroom fresh and scent nice. Apart from this Rolarz is one great hotel

When I first got into the hotel it looked nice and clean but as usual I just get the standard room and that's when it started 💔 dirty tiles & no water in the tap so I called reception on their phone they sent someone to explain to me that I'm to on water for the room from a nozzle that looked so dirty so I asked for a different room and the person told me there was no other room so i certainly had to go to the reception to figure it out they ended up giving me a different room same tile problem and the bed sheet were definitely passed their prime haven faded to a different colour than the white note I was already tired so I just asked for the key card when I got in I just slept off waking up to take a shower the light in the toilet didn't come on I brought out my phone light to try managing that nuisance but the shower was bad in this room too 😭 who did I do my ancestors please forgive me then I looked up and saw a roach 🪳 😖 horrible this is the worse hotel I've stayed in mind you I've been in a hotel that the room cost 5000NGN a night in akwa ibom(no air-conditioning just a fan but still better and cleaner than this) worse experience ever

I checked into an Executive Suite on 28/12/2025, and it was a terrible and unacceptable experience.
The customer service was very poor, and the room was extremely dirty. The bed sheets and pillowcases were clearly used and unwashed. The white pillowcases were almost brown and oily, showing signs of repeated use without being changed. Disturbingly, I observed what appeared to be semen/sperm stains on the pillowcase, which is completely unhygienic and unacceptable.
When I requested a change of bedding, the staff acted as if I was disturbing them. I was kept waiting for over two hours, only to be told that there were no additional pillowcases or bedspreads available.
To make matters worse, there were no bath towels provided. I was given only a small face towel to clean my body, which is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone an executive suite.
As of 10:45 PM, I am sitting at the reception, unable to sleep in the room due to the conditions. I am only waiting for morning so I can leave this place immediately. This establishment is far from what should be called a hotel.
This experience was humiliating, unsafe, and unsanitary. I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here until serious improvements are made in hygiene, staffing, and customer service.
