Debbie D. ★★★★★ : This is a Very poorly managed platform that leaves plenty room for fraudulent agents. Users either see the agent’s phone number and then make a call or send a WhatsApp message which gives the agent room to manipulate innocent customers. There’s nothing to track the conversation except for the private chat. This is bad!
Mercy J. ★★★★★ : This verification process is just so frustrating. For the past 3 weeks, no result. I have complained to their customer care service on Whatsapp, no reply. I will be pulling out from the app once my subscription expires..... Nonsense 😔
