On a normal day would have a been a great place to stay. But it's not the rooms are rat infested,some of the beds are bedbugs infested,the water is bad and the toilet system is bad it's smells, the staffs are lovely. But the swimming is hardly ever cleaned or the water changed,i…

Utimanik is all things put together... Development. Rome wasn't built in a day. Much work is needed to be done but with the efforts I have seen so far, I can only know that things will get better each day. Thank you so much Utimanik, it is always home to Us. Smiles.

It is a Jonzing place, especially to lodge. There is barely water, no house keeping and poor services. Tho I learnt the real owner came around last week and perhaps there might be some changes.

An average hotel, but for its size and location having a swimming pool makes a winner. The snag though is that the facility cant park up to 12 cars.
