The street to the hotel is bad

The hotel is luxury but the only issue I had was the location it had bad road network

It's in a cool environment, with 24 hours power supply .I want them to add swimming pool and and make the road that leads to the hotel street (Tarmac street)a motorable one.

Nice rooms they have... reception is not too good. Waited for hours to get meal delivered, I had to go out to look for something to eat myself....
