The staff were polite and helpful, but the rooms were not in good condition, and room facilities not well maintained (I checked 3 rooms, and none had a working shower). For the price they charge, I believe you can get better elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend

Their hallway was kinda smelly (cigarettes) and a rat crawled out of the toilet bowl pipe hole in the bathroom. Nasty. Other than that the receptionists were good and the room itself was very good for that price and the ac was in perfect condition.
