Very poor customer service. Mouse and cockroaches in the rooms. Even bed bugs. Terrible place to spend a night. Those reviews I read before coming here is a lie, probably written by other workers. Don't waste your money coming here.

Very very very very very very poor service, poor customer service, poor rooms, filled with mosquitoes, plenty fault, No light, AC doesn't work with Gen, on Gen very late, fans makes noise. Very very poor

I giving this Hotel a 5 Star because of one person...OKECHUKWU. He's a staff of the Hotel & he made my stay a memorable one. Do yourself the favour of seeing him when you lodge.

Very quiet and nice hotel to lodge. If you are looking for affordable accommodation, cautious of security. well trained staffs, and 24/7 light then Chivina Hotels is for you. My analysis is based on seven night + stay. Will recommend .
