Since after the renovation these guys have improved The first time I came here I was disappointed but they’ve put in a lot of work now The rooms are very neat, the staffs polite, the security guys awesome. The rooms rate has also been slightly adjusted but still very affordable…

Very perfect, budget friendly, from the manager to the staffs they are all friendly and always ready to help. Rooms are clean as well. will surely come back when I am in town.

Was overpriced,paid 50 thousand for a standard room. However, the location is great. Bank, ATM, market and many eateries close by. Room was okay. Stayed in a standard room. Just one towel provided, but you can request for more. Toiletries also provided. Warm water, available all…

Villa 33 is pretty cool. Nice rooms and excellent service. Their food is also good. I had a choice experience there. The only problem is smelly gutters in Lekki Phase 1. Be ready!
