A hotel located along the Maiduguri by-pass. Major complain was water running out in the middle of the night or very early in the morning.

Is very calm serene environ and light is from 6pm to 6am and rooms are air conditions too.

Located at the 5th road intersection along Bulumkutu/Pompomari bypass Maiduguri. Accessibility, low cost rooms and serenity are key strong points. Not your regular goto hotel for a night of splendor or bustling night life

The place is a cool place. It's very secluded and no noise from the environment, you can actually have ur dealings privately without being distracted. Very good for training Small group due to the weather and less noise.

The place is fairly good though it needs modifications some their services are poor such as restaurants is not operating 24h and the toilets shower is not working I have to use bucket to take birth.
