Old but recently renovated hotel, in a good location. The service is really poor. Intercom is not working, bedsheets not changed. Towel was removed after two days upon request with no replacement despite visits to the reception. Won't recommend except you have no other option.

cool place, no light but the generator comes up from 6pm to 6am everyday. Government power supply is terrible. You need to tell the cleaners, room service before they clean the rooms. But generally a quiet and clean area..... and very calm.
