Terrible experience! No soap in the bathroom, no cream, old towel. They still use flask for hot water in the room, no electric kettle, yet I paid N85k. Polite receptionist named Yinka.

Avoid at all cost. Bathroom is old, archaic, dirty and smelly. I changed rooms twice but no material change. This hotel is located in a great location within a walking distance to Ikeja City Mall but everything else is not just bad but terrible. Worn out towel. Shaky elevator.

The hotel has a very poor maintenance. Cockroaches everywhere literally. I even changed room and it was worse. I told them about it and the lady just looked at me like I was speaking another language. The staff are very hostile for whatever reason as if they aren’t paying them…

Stayed here on Monday and had a general nice experience hence d 3 star. I’ll have given a 1 star cos I came back today October 16 2025 n didn’t want to stay in any two of their cheaper rooms I think
