Made a reservation and called them a day before and earlier on the day of arrival only to get to the front desk with my team and the receptionist said they were fully booked. No apologies no compensation. The management is far below standard.

The service is so poor and they literally charge you for everything, 2k to warm food, 1k to bring ur order to hotel,I had to beg for hot water, very awful and disgusting.

I booked a room for my mum today and your staff attended rudely to her, yall need to do better and train your staff and have an organized team. She just had to leave because of how rudely she was treated there. Never again!!!

Basic infrastructure. They do have complementary breakfast but the front desk would never mention this 😕😔 and there are no notices in the rooms or elsewhere informing customers of this. Maybe the MGT benefits when customers 😀 are unaware.

A nice and peaceful hotel. Staffs are always ready to assist customers. Food is okay. Bar is okay. Swimming pool is also okay. Downside was wifi; was told wifi is faulty. It is safe.
