Bad customer service from a -z the whole body of the hotel down to the manager … I will edit this review again and drop full details if my issues are not resolved soon.

ZERO Star. Terrible management, terrible staff services, no light for hours, they literally put off the gen once it's 12am, unsafe environment, loitering, no sense of security, terrible amenities, underage loitering. I promise you that you don't want to stay here!

Your services are so slow and poor, I ate choked yam and they didn’t bring water 5 hour after I ordered. I had to call several times before I could get it
