I was in Badagry branch of Access bank a few days ago to get an ATM. Is was a seamless experience, fast and secure, no paper work. Just input your account number into a machine and wait between 2-5 minutes and your card is out and ready to you. Great improvement.

It's the only major access bank branch for several communities so it's quite busy on most days. It's not difficult to locate and the staff are quite professional and helpful.

Customer service is excellent but I think the management should invest more in their signs cause you can literally walk into the bank and stand on the wrong queue not knowing it till it gets to your turn.
