You have staff getting paid to stand around and do absolutely nothing but your place looks like this? Unacceptable. This cannot be the same chain as the Ifitness in Ikoyi. The whole point of a chain is to expect the same standards. Never would I step foot in this branch again.

When we arrived, we were told only one of the services could be done, which was understandable. My friend and I both had gel polish on our toes. The technician assisting my friend handled the removal without any issue. However, the technician assigned to me immediately complained about extra charges for removal, which I understood.
After he started removing the gel, I asked to add powder/gel extensions on my two big toes. He said he couldn’t accommodate that due to time and another appointment. I explained that another technician could help, and that he should stop the removal since he couldn’t provide the service I requested. He continued removing my gel despite my request to stop.
Customers know what they want, and staff should not force services. I could have asked for a manager or another technician, but by then the experience was already frustrating. I came in expecting a relaxing service, but left feeling stressed and disappointed.
Robos★★★★★ — My sister and I had the couple spa package 2 which consists of deep tissue massage, body scrub and pedicure/manicure. Ambience was nice, very picturesque especially for those into content.
The experience was not what I had experienced previously in other spas. I had expected locker room to change and lock up personal effects, be given a robe and some tea - a zen experience.
We were taken to the room, I had to ask for water to drink. We were scrubbed and asked to rinse in the bathroom which was en-suite, 2 showers but 1 wasn’t working so had to wait for my sister. This part felt mechanical.
The deep tissue massage and Pedi/Mani were nice, I enjoyed those. It was at the pedicure stage, we were given tea after I asked.
I assume this is their model but I have experienced a more soothing and relaxing experience.

It could have been awesome if clients feedback was not met with hostility and feelings of being shut down when trying to express yourself about services rendered. Customer relationship is a big part of every organisation and this particular gym needs a full time training on customer service. From top to bottom.

Most of their gym equipments are not even functioning.
They have this awful app that just basically does a third party thing in your personal account if you let them cause I don’t understand why they won’t let people pay for their subscriptions through transfer, and when you do use your card they automatically put it on auto-renewal and you can’t unsubscribe until till day before your renewal date.
If you forget it’s at your own risk.
