One thing I would love to see improved is the addition of more versatile strength-training equipment, especially an all-in-one machine that allows for exercises like squats, lat pull-downs, heavy arm and back work, and lower body training in one space.
It would also be great to have dedicated hip thrust equipment or heavier hip thrust setups available, as many women are looking to progressively train glutes and legs safely with heavier weights.
Overall, it’s a great space with an amazing community, and a few equipment upgrades would make the experience even better.
