They said it’ll cos 15k for test and consultation, they paid for the test but Vision Expert refuse to share the result of the test with them. They insisted they have to pay another 15k extra for them to get a soft copy of the result. The referral was very unsatisfied and disappointed. If you need a transparent service, my advice is to look for another service or have your terms spelt out before engaging them.

When I brought my wife in at 8 am, we had to spend the whole day until 6pm just to have tests that didn't last for 2 hours. I had to constantly follow up with calls, and it took 3 days of persistent calls before my bill was resent to my HMO. I'm still unsure how long it will take for my and my wife's glasses to be ready. You guys have to work on your waiting Time
