I had to sit for about 30 minutes before the plates left by previous customers were cleared and I was finally attended to. My order was simple — unripe plantain porridge and fried fish. I was told it would take 30–35 minutes, but it ended up taking over an hour for the food to be served. Worse still, it was served for dine-in instead of takeout as requested. It then took an additional 20 minutes for the food to be packed. Ironically, payment was taken within seconds. The entire experience was frustrating. To top it off, when I got home, I discovered that instead of the fish I ordered, I was given a different part altogether.
