In my first encounter, I went in the daytime with friends and most of the facilities weren’t open by noon and the staff weren’t particularly helpful or welcoming.
My second time around, I went in the evening and in the middle of my dining experience, a staff member approached me and asked that I stand up from my seat and use another chair as they were packing up those plastic seats.

It's quite a lovely place with a nice view and not so noisy environment. I saw vendors, both local and international, trying to advertise their goods. I took a glance at the theatre and also listened to people conversing in the Efik language.
