Witnessing a nurse being reprimanded in front of patients was not only embarrassing but also indicative of a toxic work environment. It's truly disappointing to see such behavior in a healthcare setting where empathy and professionalism should
be paramount. Management needs to address these issues promptly for the well-being of both patients and staff!!!
