Me and my friends have observed this countless times that the wait staff , when they notice someone is new there decided to pull of a certain scam-like theatric. After eating , where on earth does the wait staff tell you your bill verbally without a printed bill and collect the money through a personal Opay account , leaving the customer feeling robbed , because there is no way of actually verifying that the bill is even yours in the first place. The hard truth is that this behavior must be dealt with decisively by the management , no restaurant of class and decency treats their customers that way . It must be compulsory that customers get a printed bill and not just at random and also the restaurant should have a dedicated bank account that customers should pay to and prohibit staff from using their personal bank accounts. This and more will improve customer experience significantly.

collins T. ★★★★★ : Tiger bar was an amazing spot when it first opened, with great pricing and a well-managed crowd that maintained an exclusive feel. However, recently it feels more like a typical area bar, and the unique ambiance that initially set it apart seems to have faded. On my last visit, I noticed quite a few people smoking throughout the space. This could be better managed to accommodate non-smoking guests, unless it’s intended as a dedicated smoking bar. Overall, I believe Tiger could benefit from a bit of a refresh—perhaps a facelift, a review of policies, and a reconsideration of the pricing that initially gave it an edge over other bars. I think these adjustments would help bring back the distinctive experience that made it special in the first place.
