Charlotte E.★★★★★ — It is a good place to study and there are a variety of books for your reading pleasure. If you are a student of the Rivers state university, you need a library card to access books in the library and those that are not students can also access the library but you need a pass. The library opens up from 8am and closes at about 6pm. It also has ample parking space for cars and a very quiet and serene environment for outdoor reading and relaxation. The environment is also beautifully decorated with flowers and trees which make a good background for pictures. It has security at all times and competent staff to help you with anything you might need. There is also a lounge for visitors to sit in, there are offices for staff and the library also has storage lockers with keys for those who go into the library to study. The library also has a no food policy which means food is not allowed in the library except for minor snacks and water. The faculty of law, faculty of environmental science and the school football field are close to the library. There is no cafeteria to buy food or drinks in the library though but you can buy food, snacks and drinks at the faculties close to the library.

Almost ran out because I thought the place was abandoned until I came closer and saw someone at the reception. I really hope regular maintenance is done because I really love the place and volunteers should please donate books if you can we really need it😭😭 GMAT and GRE textbooks would be greatly appreciated This place is important to me🥺

It didn't have a proper signboard, it was written on a green board of some sort. Looks deserted from the outside. Well, that's about it for me. Maybe next time will go inside and have a look.

It's always quiet to study your own materials tho. This is the only +.
The last time I went there to study (15 Jan 2025), A mad man sat across me pretending to study SS3 mathematics textbook and eating bunch of unripe mangoes picked from withing the Library premises. Perhaps the "Abandoned" look and feel of the place attracts mad people.
