It's a public library. It has children reading section and adult reading section. It has a spacious packing lot. A reading space well ventilated.

The only reason why I am giving a 2 star is because the 2018 newspaper I went for was available. Outside I would give 1 star. During my visit, the library was covered on dust and outdated. No maintenance

A cozy public library in Port Harcourt township with children and adult reading and lending sessions. Built with easily accessible ramp platform for wheelchair users. The environment is conducive for reading and relaxation. Parking facilities are available. Security is available…
