To make matters worse, they attempted to extort money from me by claiming that the entry voucher was ₦20,000, implying that I had to spend at least that amount on food. Despite my initial hesitation, I agreed to their terms and proceeded inside.
However, I was shocked to discover that the total cost of my order, which consisted of two plates of rice and water, was significantly less than ₦20,000. Later added drinks to the list 20k+. The service was appalling, with the food arriving at our table after a lengthy two-hour wait. To add insult to injury, the food was served cold.
I strongly believe that the restaurant needs to improve its services and refrain from extorting customers. It's unacceptable to waste people's precious time and treat them with such disrespect. I hope they take necessary steps to address these issues and provide better experiences for their patrons in the future.
