Okiemute I.★★★★★ — My experience at Confessions Lounge was honestly a mix of good and not so good. On the positive side, the ambience is beautiful. Warm lighting, nice décor, and a comfortable setting that makes you want to relax and enjoy your time. The food itself was also really good, and the staff member who attended to us was polite, patient, and handled our requests well.
But my major issue was the waiting time. We had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes before our food arrived. Another thing that didn’t sit well with me was being asked to move from the seat we originally picked because “a family of four might come in” and they felt the other seats might not be comfortable for them. We agreed and moved, only to find out later that it was unnecessary (we spent an extra 1 hour and 30 minutes there, and during that entire time, nobody sat in our original seat).
Suggestion: It would help a lot if they had someone at the door whose job is to seat guests properly from the start. That would avoid situations like that awkward, unnecessary, and slightly embarrassing relocation.

When bringing up issues to the server she was rude and dismissive for no reason. Took over an hour to get 4 drinks, a few workers were sleeping at the bar also. They served us rotten meat, and food that’s been sitting out for a long time and on top of that it wasn’t even good. I now have food poisoning and diarrhea from this place. Even a few seats from the bathroom was missing. This place is a joke and mediocre at best. And extremely expensive just for rotten food, terrible service and everything tasting bad. Imagine spending up for 20k for 1 person.

The location is easy to find, and the atmosphere is pleasant, with some great spots for photos. However, the restroom facilities were poorly designed, as there was no proper separation between male and female restrooms, although they were kept clean.
The food, unfortunately, was extremely disappointing. The quality and taste were subpar, and we felt like we wasted our money on the rice. It simply wasn’t worth it.
Parking space is limited, but street parking is available and fairly manageable.
Okiemute I.★★★★★ — I had a fun experience at New 22 Lounge. I’m not sure if it was because we arrived at night, but we weren’t able to get food, which was a bit disappointing. However, the customer service made up for it . The staff were polite, responsive, and did their best to attend to everyone despite the crowd.
The hype men and DJ kept the place lively throughout the night. The atmosphere was energetic, and you can tell it’s a popular hangout spot because it gets pretty packed after dark. The downside to this is that moving around becomes a bit of a chore, especially with the limited seating arrangement. I think some improvements could be made in organizing the seating, although I understand people tend to move chairs and tables around.
The parking situation could also be better. The car park in front of the building is quite small, and the rest of the parking ends up being more “street-style,” which may not feel as secure as guests would prefer. Still, the lighting and overall ambience of the lounge are really nice, and the bathrooms were clean, which I appreciated.
