The only time the network(Fibre) seems to be manageably okay is between the hours of 1am-4:30am as the ISP seems to be a subscription reseller rather than a direct provider.
Customer support is non-existent or practically just a Ponzi scheme that will lure you into paying for service and then go ahead to ignore you for centuries before coming for installation and then proceed to turn deaf ears to whatever challenges you may have until it is time for service renewal where they'd be active enough to remind you of payment. As evidence, a deep research into the reviews on this business page would reveal that the positive feedbacks are staff members and friends of the business while the negative reviews are the actual subscribers which I only saw after regrettably paying for installation. The speedtest results posted are sometimes true in off-peak period but only applies to the download speed/bandwidth. The upload speed/bandwidth NEVER exceeds 2~4 Mbps if you're lucky; which explains why it is never attached to the positive reviews here. Also, as further evidence on status as a subscription reseller, it explains why their name is not on any speedtest result.
These are honest reviews from me, as an I.T personnel and an active subscriber who is currently suffering the consequences of a bad decision and for reference, my subscriber ID is WSN1127.
