After eating , where on earth does the wait staff tell you your bill verbally without a printed bill and collect the money through a personal Opay account , leaving the customer feeling robbed , because there is no way of actually verifying that the bill is even yours in the first place.
The hard truth is that this behavior must be dealt with decisively by the management , no restaurant of class and decency treats their customers that way .
It must be compulsory that customers get a printed bill and not just at random and also the restaurant should have a dedicated bank account that customers should pay to and prohibit staff from using their personal bank accounts.
