The hotel surroundings exuded a pleasant ambiance, particularly near the bar, although the noise level was somewhat concerning, albeit the bar activities seemed to conclude around midnight. I thought I had chosen the finest hotel in Sango Ota, only to return to my room on Sunday, after being away since Saturday, to discover my necklace missing. The hotel management was unable to account for it, which wasn't supposed to be like that, considering that I was not permitted to retain my card when I departed on Saturday. I noticed that someone had entered to clean the room before my return on Sunday. I would not recommend this hotel, as they lack a policy or protocol for when a guest's property is lost. I should have been wary when they insisted on keeping the key on Saturday before I left for my event.
They have poor complaints system, we could even see the manager, imagine working as a manager and your phone contact is always on DND.
Kitchen service is slow, it took 2hours before we got our indomie/fried egg/chef salad order.
The telephone in the room isn't active, we always had to go the reception for everything.
