Who still uses CD in this modern age? Most places cannot even open CDs anymore. A medical facility should know this. Giving patients a CD instead of scan film is lazy, outdated, and unprofessional.
When I returned to request my actual scan film, I was told it was “not available.” That is a ridiculous excuse for a hospital. How do you run a CT scan service and cannot provide the scan film? That means you are collecting money and giving incomplete results.
This caused me stress, wasted my time, and delayed my medical care. Health is not a joke, yet this place treats patients like they don’t matter.
Very poor service. No accountability. No proper communication.
I strongly warn anyone considering this place to think twice.
