Cosmos N.★★★★★ — First and foremost, the hotel doesn't get alot of customers and so, there isn't much maintenence done. Upon checking in, the first room we were given smelt damp and didn't look like anyone had been in there in a while. The second room was slightly better.
There's no customer service in the sense of the word. The lady who delivered the food to our room basically dropped the food at our doorstep after knocking and walked off. She didn't include the drinks and they didn't respond to the telecom. We had to go downstairs to pick up the drink ourselves.
Food takes forever to get and even after waiting for hours, you could come down for your food and they'd tell you the food is finished and request you order another meal and begin the wait all over again.
Room 310 has this funny window beside a corner where anyone could comfortably be peeping into the bathroom.
And oh, electricity does go out (as expected) but they don't turn on the gen immediately and until a certain time. And because of the way the rooms are, you could be in a very dark room as early as 5pm if power goes off around that time.
