Margaret T.★★★★★ — Prompt Positive Response to Complaints
I now feel Comfortable
Thank You
Ashake A.★★★★★ — It is top-notch. It is one of the most prestigious hotel in Lafia city. If you are looking for class and privacy, Awa-Diamond is your go-to.
okigbo C.★★★★★ — Water pressure in the bathroom always drop in the morning. House keeping replaces just soap tablet. No supply of toothbrushes, toilet papers, bathing gels, shampoo, or conditioners, even in presidential suite. Telephone in my room was not working. Only one towel supplied even when there are 2 occupants. Not foot towel or hand towel. Just one hanger in the wardrobe. The power socket beside the reading table not working. Multiple cracks in their POP (I hope it's safe)
Restaurant takes 2 hours to fix you a plate of jollof rice.
George P.★★★★★ — Nice view and a peaceful environment, the service is good but the food is not all that and overpriced,I think they need to improve on that, overall the security men are really friendly.
Isaac C.★★★★★ — It was a wonderful weekend at Tredview Hotels & Suites. From the reception to the beautiful rooms and all the services was awesome. As a traveler, the kind of treats I got here was unquantifiably great. The live band entertainment at the pool was spectacular 👌. Tredview Hotels management, please continue with this hospitality.
Umar U.★★★★★ — Exceptional. A hotel ahead of its time. It provides an ideal get away.
GORDHAN S.★★★★★ — Hotel is ok but need make more facilities, we have taken VIP room but no good facilities....
Mustapha A.★★★★★ — Ok, let's start with some background information. Hospitality standards for states outside Kano, Kaduna, Abuja, PH, and Lagos are generally average. Today was my third time in Lafia and having sampled other hotels, this is by far, the worst.
Reception: unruly behaviour from the front desk. So much attitude and zero self or business awareness. The reception itself is poorly lit, smelly and unwelcoming. The stairs leading to what they called 'suites' (😂😂) is an accident in waiting.
Room: I stayed in S204. What was supposed to be a 'suite' was anuthing but. Room was horrendous! Dirt everywhere, molds in the toilet, no water in the toilet. Complained numerous times but they said that's how it works. They just gave me bucket 😂😂
I won't even talk about the restaurant 😂😂
Friday O.★★★★★ — Serene and secure environment. The rooms are worth the price. Their power supply is excellent. Highly professional and customer friendly staff
Ikekwem O.★★★★★ — The environment gives that home vibes, i was so relaxed during my stay, the staffs are well trained and accommodating, the pepper goat meat was so delicious that i bought more than my budget. I will always recommend paradise hotel lafia for anyone seeking comfort.
Rare_Gem W.★★★★★ — Was told that there is no room available after it was confirmed by one of the staffs that they is a room available for me and my girl and I went and checked the room, it wasn't standard and has some things not working in there which I still agreed on taking but suddenly the lady receptionist decided to tell me that there isn't a room for me to lodge??
Never showing up again!!!
Ademola O.★★★★★ — Good services and decent environment.
A good hotel to be if you are in Lafia.
TAOFIQ M.★★★★★ — Nice location with a good ambiance but the restaurant chef was very rude and have a poor customer relationship. How can a restaurant kitchen close by 10:pm for a hotel that host customers 247.
Samuel U.★★★★★ — Located right opposite the Nasarawa State government house, this is a beautiful, peaceful, quiet stay away from home. The biggest let-down though is that guests may not be allowed to turn on the airconditioner and water heater before 6pm.
clement A.★★★★★ — If you need to be in a quiet place for focus, then this is the place for you
Abubakar A.★★★★★ — Very standard structure with no maintenance, No light, no water, the management are liars. I prefer Tino Hotel with 247 light and very cheap
Faith A.★★★★★ — I highly recommend. If you are in Lafia and looking for an affordable hotel yet comfortable, clean and peaceful this is the place for you. It’s my second time staying here and I have no regrets, there’s always light and they have solar power, room is clean, toilet very clean, friendly staffs and peaceful environment. Whenever I visit Lafia, this is home for me. You can get a room for as low as 5000 Naira for a night.
