Suleiman A.★★★★★ — This place surprised me. Initially, I thought it was a small hotel until I went inside. This is an edited version of my review. Now called "Taula" and I am giving them 2 stars because their services and rooms have depreciated over time. They need to work on their services (staff especially) and upgrade their rooms. The hotel is no more a serene environment anymore and the electricity is not 24 hours anymore, one can even spend the night in darkness after paying a huge sum of money. What's worse, you won't even get an apology. They don't like to turn on the back up generator, just to save cost.

I went downstairs 4 times to complained with the hope they will get the AC fixed, this Basheer guy came up to off and on the AC and left, went down again to complain and they refused to show up. I'm utterly disappointed and irritated by the way these guys handled it. I had to give this review while I'm still in the hotel. I'll be leaving here and move to Jaiz hotel next to Karma.
As lovely as Karma hotel is, most of the staffs here are bunch of miscreants. I'll give the hotel a solid 3/10 in terms of customer service.
