Isawa M. ★★★★★ : I recently stayed in Yimir very good location the rooms are cozy and comfortable, the service is fair with a complimentary breakfast, the room service is good too meals are very affordable for the location and standard. However they need to improve in maintenance the rooms and toilets need to be deep cleaned to maintain standard.
Kabiru K. ★★★★★ : I recently visited this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The environment was clean, comfortable, and well organized, while the rooms were neat and relaxing. The management also deserves credit for maintaining a peaceful atmosphere and ensuring guests feel welcomed. However, there is still room for improvement in customer relations. I would strongly recommend additional staff reorientation and training on communication, hospitality, and how to handle guests more professionally and warmly. A better customer service approach would greatly improve the overall guest experience. Overall, I would rate this hotel 4 out of 5 stars for its comfort, cleanliness, and good environment, with hopes of seeing even better customer relations in the future.
