Adesiyan O.★★★★★ — This is truly a fun place! We had a great time here. There is a game for everyone, both kids and adults.
I loved every bit of it, and my kids have not stopped talking about the experience. The food and drinks are relatively cheap and nice.
I would advise anyone intending to visit to go early during the festive season, as you may have to queue for up to 40 minutes or even over an hour for some games. The wait is worth it though but it limits the amount of time you can spend exploring all games and fun places.
I absolutely love this place!
SAMUEL P.★★★★★ — The fact that all outdoor rides was free is really exciting but once it was past morning omorr the population was scary I waited an hour plus for a ride it was stressful. I'd suggest that the management figure out a way to have multiple cash points to help reduce the crowd, you can barely purchase anything without spending over 15-30 on a payment queue. Overall, it was very fun though, I did the pendulum and swing rides it was a nice experience....
I.J. T.★★★★★ — You can take a bike or Okada from the market nearby up to the top of the hill. When I visited a few years ago, some boys tried to stop us along the way, pretending to be the “gatekeepers” and demanding money. Be cautious or go with someone and ignore them if they try to bother you. Apart from that nuisance, it’s a lovely place to visit.
Saint M.★★★★★ — A district at the outskirts of Abuja, with lively streets and a rocky landscape view with a strong urban village feel, it's a mix of informal, more structured housing with low income residence
Ojay A.★★★★★ — Looking for where to go hiking in the FCT?
You should go here
Udeme E.★★★★★ — The terrain on a scale of 1-10 in difficulty ranks at level 4.
It has beautiful sights from the top , and overview of the area and also has spot where you can have a picnic. Due to the difficulty level being moderate, you can hike with item . Some parts of the hill have plains where you can exercise, skip or do other activities while still getting a good view and also no need to worry, the area is very safe.
The Q.★★★★★ — Was a nice and friendly trail!
Still nurturing the hiker in me so I did one of the peaks! I will return for the second one another time.
In as much as it was threatening to rain heavily with the thunderstorms and all, it was more of a drizzle.
I was worried the trail will get slippery but it was not.
Had an amazing time from beginning to the end.
By the way I saw some kid climb as well so we can say it is child-friendly right?
No sun all through so it was easy.
I’ll advise to go in the morning but you can also do evening!
I was able to see the stadium! The city gates and the city itself!
Joyviva N.★★★★★ — Oh, I went hiking last weekend at the Wonderland twin mountain peak and it was an awesome experience. If you're nature bound and you want to experience exciting nerve and muscle challenging timeout, this is the go mountain experience for you. I went with one of the best hiking group in Abuja called Tha_Outsiders. You can find them on Twitter and Instagram @tha_outsiders. They have different people from different backgrounds and works of life coming together to hike. The environment is quite subtle and safe, you only have to look out for cows and their herders, which is quite common amongst all the mountain in Abuja; asides that, you're good to go. It’s at Wuye and you can sight the national stadium and the city gate from the peak of the mountain. And climbing up the mountain is not so tedious as compared to the others I have climbed.
You can go in from the back of the mountain or from the wonderland magicland theme park.
See some of the my pictures and videos from my last experience. You can also connect with me on Tiktok, Instagram and Twitter @Ijoyviva (Joyviva Nation).
Dinne O.★★★★★ — Great place for a hiking experience
Nnanna E.★★★★★ — This is a hard hike. Rocky, steep, wet, slippery and bushy. It's the ultimate hiking experience. Not for the faint hearted. Good hiking shoes with excellent grip is a must. Don't get caught out.
malik R.★★★★★ — Dawaki Hills is a perfect spot to relax after a hectic week.. The hills are quite rocky and ma be very slippery on raining seasons. Put on shoes with steep soles, get yourself a bottle of water and wear your best spirit cos you will need it😂
