Xavier-Itam O.★★★★★ — This is certainly the best place to be in terms of lodging and accommodation. It was exploration extraordinaire, and I couldn't get to enjoy all the facilities during my short stay. Utmostly clean without comparison. Great company of staff. Clean, high pressure potable water even on the 23rd floor. Exquisite cuisine. Indeed, Lagos Continetal is the benchmark in hospitality on the continent.
SOUL T.★★★★★ — My team and I recently visited the hotel for brunch, and we had such a great experience. The highlight of the day was the live band — the music they delivered was vibrant, engaging, and beautifully performed. From the very beginning, they created an energetic, feel-good atmosphere that truly stood out.
The entertainment was impressive, and we were pleasantly surprised to see jugglers perform as well. My friend celebrated his birthday there, which made it even more special. The ambiance was lovely, the service was very good, and although the food was okay, the overall experience was enjoyable and memorable.
Cecilia G.★★★★★ — No matter where in the world I travel, Radisson Blu hotels consistently prove why they are among the best. They never disappoint. The Radisson Blu in Lagos is no exception. The rooms are incredibly spacious, with huge windows and beautiful views, blending modern design with subtle African influences in a way that feels both elegant and tasteful. You can choose between a relaxing bath or a refreshing shower, which is always a lovely touch after a long journey.
But beyond the beautiful rooms and thoughtful design, what truly matters in hospitality are the people — the ones who welcome you and make you feel at home. And once again, Radisson Blu proves that they hire not just professionals, but genuinely kind human beings.
Because of my work, I spend a lot of time traveling and being away from home, and homesickness can quietly creep in. That’s why being treated with warmth and care makes such a difference. From the very first moment the gatekeepers who greet you with a smile no matter the weather or the day you feel something special. Their positivity, despite the demands of their job, is admirable.
The doormen are always helpful with luggage, and at reception, you’re welcomed by true professionals who handle every request with patience and a smile. Housekeeping is equally wonderful. Dumy (I apologize if I misspelled the name) always keeps the room spotless and is incredibly kind. With just a call to reception, someone is always ready to assist with anything you might need.
The breakfast box option is fantastic being able to choose exactly what you want feels thoughtful and personal. If you need laundry service, Temmy is at your door promptly, making sure everything is handled smoothly. At breakfast, Chef Victor prepares omelettes exactly the way you like them perhaps even better than at home. In the evenings, Babatunde greets you warmly and asks about your day, making conversations feel natural and friendly. Oxygen is always ready with recommendations from the buffet, and Stella consistently checks in to ensure everything is perfect. Did I mention how amazing the food is and what a huge variety of choices you always have? And the deserts, oh the sweet deserts, too dangerous if you want to watch your waist line.
However, It’s this warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes all the difference when you’re far from home.
In Romania, we have a saying: “Omul sfințește locul,” which translates to “The person blesses the place.” I truly believe this applies here. The manager, Mr. Alee, clearly understands this philosophy. He has built a team of exceptional people, and whenever I had an issue, he ensured it was resolved promptly and professionally.
I am deeply grateful for the kindness and care I experienced at Radisson Blu Ikeja. If I return to Nigeria, I will definitely ask my company to accommodate me here again. 💙

Denisa R.★★★★★ — We loved staying at Marriott hotel in Ikeja. The hotel has a stylish and elegant features and very relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. All hotel staff were polite and helpful. It was our pleasure to meet one of the managers, Mr. Taiwo and also one of the engineering director. They all made our stay very enjoyable and exceptional. The pool area was very clean, and we loved spending some time in Azure and in the main lounge. The room was very beautiful and it had everything we needed for our stay. The food was delicious, made as a buffet and lots of food to choose from. I am a coffee lover and honestly, their coffee was so rich and full of flavour.
Thank you for everything.

Kolajo O.★★★★★ — Radisson Blu is on of the highbrow hotel on the Victoria Island, situated on the popular Ozumba Mbadiwe road. First time visitor MAY miss the turn in as the signage is not so visible until you get close to it.
A great waterfront hotel with the other end facing the Lagos Lagoon. Built on three floors, it has a good layout howbeit narrow passages. Rooms comes in different sizes and layout based on need & price. It has a business lounge for business class on the third floor for lodgers who wants to their stuffs without coming to the main restaurant or lounge at the reception area. It has a sizable swimming also facing the lagoon and an harbour for yatchts and boats. There is a boutique and an event centre also. Parking is a big challenge at full capacity, spent over fifteen minutes to get a space and the parking attendant won't take your keys to park. I see ongoing development as January 2026 that I lodged here. Maybe this will ease the parking issues. A bit pricey but worth it for the location. The front desk officers can be more professional.

Ada M.★★★★★ — Great rooms. The restaurant service was great. Ask for Edwin to prepare his Mocha Frappuccino. I had mine with Almond milk.
Thumbs up to Chef Jeannie (pronounced - Yannie). Can't wait till you open the Steakhouse.
Valin F.★★★★★ — My hubby and I enjoyed our stay . Great view and neat . There wasn’t much buffet spread choices but it’s okay. The staffs at the restaurant are quite friendly except for a few , some of the staffs look down on people , one of them literally told me that I ate my food too quickly and he said the food was huge . I can eat whatever I want because I paid for it. The other lady staff was monitoring me and looking at the portion of food I took at the buffet,. On the day I was supposed to leave, I went to eat and I asked for water , she grudgingly drop the bottle of water on the table without a glass cup.Three staffs were not nice to me but I don’t really care . I’m still going to spend my holidays at Hilton honors whenever I’m in the country. I enjoyed my stay

Thanks for your response, I never ask for early check - in, in fact my flight was delay and i arrived hotel around 12.30 am and already getting late for my meetings and my colleague who was already staying in your hotel before me was taking time to come out after my advance call to him and he took almost 10 minutes, during this time i do ask for Wi-Fi password which your front office staff refused by saying without checking me in they can't give me password, then i told them to check me in, which they reply the rooms are not ready, i told them you can check me in system only and give password and don't tell me that you cant do this, then also they refused in a very arrogantly and in meantime my colleague comes and i left, i never wanted to check in myself.
And your internal review is one-sided, and no one in your management have time to meet guest complains.
Your reply is porous as much your management, business ethics and guest services.
Following a detailed internal review, we understand that an early check-in was requested on arrival. Due to occupancy levels at that time, accommodation prior to our standard check-in hour was not available. As is industry practice, early access remains subject to availability on the day of arrival.

Sam F★★★★★ — Poor communication with front line staff at reception has resulted in down grade of this hotel leaving a sour after taste on check out. Nonchalant attitude exhibited concerning.
Extra bed provided for room was not fit for purpose and badly let down an otherwise reasonable service. Hence struggling to give the hotel no more than three stars.
