The Hotel is reasonably clean and well secured. Reception staff are generally courteous.
Everything else goes downhill for me:
1. Extremely noisy neighbours at the back - loud music blasting past 10pm.😵
2. Stair climbing all the way - no lifts😒
3. Cockroaches crawling over the room🤔
4. Kitchen calling you past 9-10pm to offer breakfast options 😏
5. Being a guest in the room and paying for food to be warmed in the microwave for 2mins - this was a global first😅
Kitchen staff look the most demotivated lot on the block with a snooby nose in the air plump cashier lady... Couldn't stretch to fridge to clarify drinks available.
6. T. V functionality set in a way only they can manage to change channels. Attempt that at your own peril! :-(
