Appah J.★★★★★ — I have been attending the Aerobics, Pilates and Yoga classes at the Active LifeStyles Fitness Studio and it has been amazing. All my complaints about joint pains and other health related issues resolved and moreso, I am be sculpted and I am loving my physique more and more everyday.
Idimie G.★★★★★ — I suffered severe lower back pain and when I came to Active Lifestyle Wellness Concept, the massage I was given cured the pain. I felt so relieved. The environment is relaxing and I was attended to with utmost professionalism. I had a great experience.
Maureen G.★★★★★ — I was at Gloryland hospital Opolo Yenagoa this evening 2nd Feb 2024. I get off work 5pm and there's a curfew from 7pm in Yenagoa so I was trying to beat that. I got there around 6pm, had my vitals taken then asked to sit and wait for the doctor. After waiting 30 mins I asked the receptionist how long I had to wait again and was told the doctor would be with me at 7.15pm. From 6 o clock to 7.15pm? I put a call across to the Md immediately and his response was swift. I give him credit for that. In less than 5 minutes the doctor showed up and attended to me in a disgruntled manner. That was fine. Mine was to get my medication and go home. I was sent to the dispensary to get my drugs and that was when I almost lost it. The lady there had the worst service I'd ever seen in an establishment. She never even looked at me for once. She just put the drugs in a bag, no instructions and dumped them in front of me. I took the drugs out of the bag Iand decided to ask questions. What was each drug for? And the dosage? She replied its written on the pack.
2-1-2 coukd mean anything. Could you explain it? .She said that means morn afternoon evening. What does that even mean? I wasn't daunted . I kept asking what each one was for. She stood up, left me and went inside. I waited for her return and resumed my questions. Thrn finally she said "i i dont have time to be answering these questions." And I wondered was I just to take home the drugs and swallow them without knowing what each was for? Getting up to leave I told her if I were you I'd lose that attitude. She retorted back" what attitude?" SMH. Either the hospital needs to retrain their staff or they need a whole new set of staff. These are the worst service staff I've ever seen anywhere. I hope that dispensary room has a cctv camera with an audio that can be replayed if she were ever to deny this.
obiora E.★★★★★ — One of the best and biggest private hospitals in yenegoa. Offers orthopaedic specialty services amongst others...
elsie S.★★★★★ — If there is a word that is worse than wack, the management steals from hotel users, my sister celebrated her birthday and they came and carried drinks inside her drinks claiming their staffs are stealing from them, i wonder how that is the business of hotel users.
Hotel charges a lot with no amenities, even the least fan is not in the room, not well fumigated… structure is wack and services poor. Nd instead of being apologetic, he claims his staffs are robbing him.
Joy E.★★★★★ — It a nice place but I don't know how much for swimming??
Obot A.★★★★★ — The dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The bathroom and toilet looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in over a year, and the beddings were dirty.
Gani O.★★★★★ — Good hotel with nice and polite staff members but old and poor maintenance on facilities.
Victoria A.★★★★★ — A place that helps keep you fit, meet new people and energize your body
olatunde I.★★★★★ — They have a very poor customer service. I travelled down to Bayelsa to fix something urgent, decided to use the gym. I went to make enquiries at the gym earlier in the morning, it was the closest to where I am and the secretary at the desk didn’t mention to me the appropriate dress code or anything I should put in place when returning to workout. I returned back in the evening and I was told to go home because I was on crocs and not on shoes. I tried to explain I don’t even stay in Bayelsa and if it was that serious, the lady at the desk should have mentioned it to me while I came in the morning to make enquiries. They insisted I should go home or I buy the shoes they’re selling which is very unfair on my part.
