Justice N. ★★★★★ : If you're going there for authentication of documents, and you do not have the time, do not bother going inside because there'll be delay. Make use of the security personnel outside. It's usually faster with them. But if you have the time to go through the whole process yourself, just go in. Also, they close I think before 3pm.

Members of staff are in a hurry to leave. This is supposed to be one of Nigeria's best public institutions. Good looking on the outside, decrepit on the inside!
