I treaded the entrance up to the reception and all I can say is well done to the visioner. You need to visit it to see for yourself. The 20 local governments of the state are designed on the outer fence body, lighted from the inside in the night, with neon lights on the express road leading to the entrance. It's beautiful ❤️
