Just when I got in, there was commotion where they had cheated a customer of over an additional 4k to his bill and he noticed and the staff tried to still justify the obvious theft as an error. The place is extremely dirty. The staff are unprofessional, we waited over 1hour for scotch eggs that came out eventually and the eggs tasted bad. It was a waste of my time and money. The jollof rice was soooo badly prepared. I wanted the old experience has I hadn't been to tfc in a year and everything failed. When it was time to pay, an additional 1k was added to my bill and when my sister pointed that out as well, she saud it was an error, we had double check our bill. The staff members need to be better orientated from the manager on duty on the 30th July to all staff on the floor. Its been the worst experience i have had with any eatery.
• Bella S. ★★★★★ : Purchased a sausage roll, and I don't know how this by definition is sold as a sausage roll. It did not taste like sausage, and more like coloured pastry and upon deconstructing it was clearly a coloured pastry w a piece of cartilage which somehow should justify "sausage" at Tasty Fried Chicken. This isn't the first time, got a spoilt Jollof rice for full price not too long ago and decided to not say anything but clearly this is the standard of service which seems to be a consistent at Tasty Fried Chicken.
