It’s affordable, quiet, with a nice environment and great staff. The food is amazing. This is the first hotel I’ve ever stayed at where I actually chose to eat in, instead of going out! For the price, you really get everything. I just hope it stays this way over the years, with the same level of service, good food, and well kept rooms and NEAT bathrooms . Luxol Homes and Suites gets high marks from me for cleanliness and their meals. I really liked everything about the hotel and its amenities. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Special thanks to Ben from the restaurant who looked after me so well during our stay. Overall my experience at this hotel was excellent and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious stay in Lagos that is far better and cheaper than any of the overpriced 5 star hotels in Ikeja.
I had a small misunderstanding with the ladies at reception, but I think that was partly my fault because I didn't communicate clearly that I would be staying with them for the duration of my visit to Nigeria, so the room was only available to me For three nights. I had to look at other hotels and trust me, I looked at several hotels but nothing came close to their standard. A special thanks also goes to the manager, Rachel, she has excellent customer relations and crisis management skills. She was able to calm me down and take responsibility for the misunderstanding, even though it was partly my fault. The Hotel is Highly recommended!
