I ordered a "diamond" room, and I was treated like a peasant after paying for the highest quality room for my comfort. The wardrobe was faulty, the fridge socket was faulty, and the service was poor as my request wasn't granted. I requested for my soap to take a shower, but the manager told me they ran out of soap, and I never received a soap till I left. Moreover, they ran out of water overnight, and I was served chilled water in a bucket to use in the morning, claiming their borehole machine has issues.
It was a terrible experience.
No wifi, and no morning breakfast.
They ruined my vacation in Port Harcourt. I wouldn't recommend a friend, even if he has no money.

Why I could not rate 5 stars:
1. The conference hall we used was quite small compare to number of persons.
2. The only door open inwards, since it serve as entrance and emergency exit door, it should have been designed to open Outward from inside should in case of emergency exit to comply with standard practise.
3. The lights goes off and on intermittently. Happens about three to four times between 0900 hrs to 1600 hrs. Although it doesn't last a minute before they switch over to generator, but the break causes interruption. They may want to consider inverter backup that will cushion the changeover period.

However the staff in the kitchen are super rude and I can't say the services provided is worth the price (min is 30k). Also the rooms aren't sound proof so you can practically hear the conversations going on next door. The reception says it's just my room🤷♀️. Regardless its situated in the hub of GRA and close to many happening spots. Hot water doesn't work too but I'll visit again.
