Front office staff, seemingly very unhappy & rude, unorganised, wifi not working so they apparently cant communicate. Cant issue invoices nor receipts unless you stand at front desk and wait - and after being promised to have this sent to me, till date have not received it.
Delayed blood tests (which should take 2-3 days after consulting several laboratories) now a week and apparently up to 12 days!!!
( no major tests i may add.) The doctor couldn't wait for me to leave his office soon enough. Unless there is urgent changes made to the facilities and hygiene, the people and especially their attitudes, this medical centre will never see me again.
