They were SO many staff but some were sleeping on the tables etc. It's sad that such a good place was not up to par. Returned again for a second try but wouldn't be returning here after this - we'll be going to our other locations we much prefer.

Worse still, I received no updates after payment. I had to reach out at 11:30 AM to ask for a status update, and was simply told the order had been dispatched—no tracking, no apology, no explanation. Thankfully, I didn’t rely on this delivery to serve a guest, or it would have been deeply embarrassing.
This isn’t my first poor experience with Coco Ribbons—I gave them another chance after a disappointing order two years ago, hoping they had improved. Sadly, it’s clear that service and customer experience are still not a priority.
It’s this kind of inconsistency that makes it hard for Nigerian businesses to build lasting, legacy-driven brands. Beautiful packaging and a nice Instagram page cannot replace basic professionalism, communication, and reliability.
