    • Aladi A. ★★★★★ : MJ treats, makes the most delicious glazed doughnuts I have had in a while. Her packaging is exceptional. The doughnuts were so fresh and the glaze so beautiful to look at. Even the way she delivers, the delivery man has a cooler bag where the box of doughnuts are kept and delivered in the best condition.

    • O.A A ★★★★★ : I wish I could give this location, especially it's service less than 1 star. I was at the airport yesterday, Sunday 15th March, on our way to the gate my son had asked for doughnuts but I didn't want to stop. Unfortunately our flight was cancelled, but boarding gate the stall was closed. Today Monday 16th March as we were walking to the gate I noticed that they didn't have anymore doughnuts. So I asked have you run out. The guy responds "we're closed". So I asked "what time do you close?". He answers in the most belittling attitude, "I said we're closed". I asked again "what time do you close?" in my mind I wanted to note it for future reference. In the same nonchalant attitude he reply "I don't know what time we close, I just know we're closed." By this time I'm wondering why is this guy having an attitude. I've never experienced such attitude at any other Krispy Kreme any where in the world. By this time my blood is boiling, my husband had to drag me away. I asked a simple question that required a simple answer. I can NEVER buy from Krispy Kreme anywhere, just because of this guy. Krispy Kreme Nigeria train your staff, employ individuals with a customer service mindset and manners. This attitude is so wrong!!!
    • Darshan P. ★★★★★ : Stopped by the Krispy Kreme at MMA2 for a quick caffeine fix. The coffee was actually a nice surprise and the donuts tasted better than I expected—very fresh! However, the staff was quite rude and made the interaction feel like a burden. Great spot for a snack, but don’t expect a friendly 'hello.

    • Omolara O. ★★★★★ : I’ve always had a decent experience at this establishment but today the customer service was quite horrible. Also they need to sort out their cup issue as the ones they have currently become soaked and spilled hot coffee on me today. The person on duty did a poor job of rectifying the situation and that’s just sad.
    • debola D. ★★★★★ : Really tired of these horrible customer service!!!! Every time I call this particular branch in gbagada, it’s always some uncouth person that picks or doesn’t pick. Just called now and I got a message saying text me, I’m in a meeting like I was calling someone’s personal phone!!!! The most useless customer service
