This place is worse than before. We tried the various pull parts and they were terrible. Sausage and cheese had no cheese and was a stale bread, not a pull apart. The chicken and egg had no chicken but seasonless egg. The large Americans was way too watery, we couldn't drink it. We haven't bought from this location in a long while and thought to try it again but -- was not a good choice. Management needs to look into all of this; the food gets worse each time.
Donuts and coffee are okay. Some of the staff look very uninterested and the lines get long very quickly without adequate help. Overall, you go for the snacks and not (really) the customer service.
Nov 2022 update
Months later the customer service is getting worse. The supervisor will clearly win the award for the most uninterested and anti-customer supervisor in the continent. It'll be better to get your coffee elsewhere.

Also they need to sort out their cup issue as the ones they have currently become soaked and spilled hot coffee on me today. The person on duty did a poor job of rectifying the situation and that’s just sad.
