• Ding H. ★★★★★ : Search for a specialist and decided to come to kidney solutions, first off the staff from the security to the reception are very unprofessional and rude.. And have no customer orientation or management.. From the gate when I press the bell the security was asking me whom am I looking for..(at least allow me in from the scorching sun.. Or if for security reasons search me n then show me to the reception.. With whom I did feel welcome n talk to about my inquiries or reason I came)at a clinic that is on google search n have a very big signage upfront..asking me who I was looking for like I was coming to a private house or residents not a service providing center/health clinic, I just do not want to work words with him I found my way to the reception, rather he came inside to correct me.. Now the receptionist.. Inside was hot,the big gen was on but the ac was not working, no fan rather the receptionist asked me to go outside if it too hot.. Only after the 40k I will pay while I sit waiting for a transaction I did from my fixed account to drop.. Like I can't take a brake and sit if I wasn't paying. As for the young doctor I meet he was professional and answered my question.. And did his job as usual every doctor would.. But those two workers of the organization.. Nah.. There need to be properly trained.. A persons counternace about a place starts from the gate.. People have pains n problem to why there come to a place. Now you asking silly question at the gate is just not right.. If I told him I am here to see a doctor he will still take me to the receptionist for payment and documentation, and not everyone feel comfortable sharing their problem to everyone there encounter.. So proper approach for proper communication..for the security Observe, check and show me to the next person design to converse and give me information I need.. The receptionist, put your office conducive.. Complainabouti it be hot no cross ventilation, ac not working. Talk nicely and make me understandbes subtle look for alternative either paying or not.. Probably as I aren't looking rich or wearing wig.. And having a baby face.. And on weaving I was looking small maybe that why.. Or there are so use to sitting a lot ideal being pleasant has left their orientation..
