The place is in a nice location the staff was nice but the lab fee was way too high over 157k naira. I couldn't say anything rather than to take the paper I came with an left. I didn't use the service so I can't talk about it. But I believe they provide good services but was expensive for me

The Phlebotomist/ lab scientist looked annoyed, no empathy from any of his colleagues as well who came to assist. Learn how to deal with kids, you can't get their sample when are agitated and will keep retrying and traumatising the kid.
Also, I asked your phlebotomist in Wuse 2 why quantitative CRP takes 2 to 3 weeks when it takes 2 hours to a day else . She said I can go elsewhere
Amer A.★★★★★ — I had a very disappointing experience at this laboratory. The front desk mixed up my tests — they entered ESR instead of CRP and chest X-ray instead of hand X-ray, even though I clearly requested otherwise. I ended up paying for all the tests.
Additionally, my thyroid test took one full week to receive, although I was told it would be ready in 3 working days. The CRP didn’t even come out, as if i didn't do the test.
The results are never sent by email on time unless I call the call center and follow up myself. Overall, it has been a very frustrating experience. I already talked to the lab and it has been around 12 days since I’ve done the tests and all they do is apologize instead of sending me the remaining result.

Staff - The reception on the right side of the building needs to work on their courtesy, if you have any baggage, drop it at home.
I don’t see the need for staff to enter the scan room when a patient is half-naked. Totally unacceptable.
Time management is zero, you should go there when you don’t really have much to do throughout the day cos they are gonna eat your time.
The sonographer was professional.
Conclusively, I think the place is riding on past Glory and Reputation.
