Poor costumer service, the front desk where just chatting with themselves while people were waiting, if you can't take your work on a Saturday serious, then don't open on Saturdays.

I Booked Online via Call and was given a time. I went in on the scheduled day and was done in less than 30 minutes. I was given the CD and to me to come by the next day to collect the written result. The front desk also offered to email the result when it was ready.
